In line with the recommendations of the Corruption Prevention Council (CPC), Law no. 54/2008 of 4 September, the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (MENAC), Ordinance no. 155-B/2023 of 6 June, and the National Anti-Corruption Strategy approved by Council of Ministers Resolution no. 37/2021 of 6 April, and with the need for the Internal Control Systems required by the General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption, the main aim of the Plan for the Prevention of Risks of Corruption and Related Offences (PPRCIC) of the Agrupamento de Escolas de Alvaiázere is to ensure the integrity, transparency and good governance of its activities.
